OK, I am a serious book nerd. BUT after reading this article and others related to it, purchasing a Kindle may be in my future. From what I have briefly read about the Kindle, you can access mp3s, PDFs, audio-books, and books in the public domain that are available on the web. All of which I currently use in some form or another. Not that I would use a Kindle specifically for mp3s or audiobooks (to big to stick in my pocket for listening at work), but the accessibility of PDFs and public domain works away from my computer is very tempting. Something to add to my personal wish list of materialistic items.
How to Never Pay for Another Book | Wise Bread
Welcome to H&C,,, where I aggregate news of interest. Primary topics include abuse with "the church", LGBTQI+ issues, cults - including anti-vaxxers, and the Dominionist and Theocratic movements. Also of concern is the anti-science movement with interest in those that promote garbage like homeopathy, chiropractic and the like. I am an atheist and anti-theist who believes religious mythos must be die and a strong supporter of SOCAS.
