,,,but I have been looking for some low cost and quick alternatives for dinners. I was never a fan of chicken liver or gizzards, but about 6 months ago a friend of mine made a delicious dish using them and I became hooked. So I have been keeping an eyeball peeled for possible recipes and came accross this one. The reviews have me sold on this so will have to let y'all know how it goes.
