At first when I read this article I had to agree the sentencing seemed a bit harsh,,,altho I do agree that "stacking" seems a bit excessive,,,BUT for once I have to agree with some of the comments (which is rare for a yahoo article),,,article hit a nerve as my ex gets out of prison in 5 days to begin her 6 months in a half-way house
He may be a first time defendant but one that committed 7 separate crimes, altho it does appear he may have gotten a raw deal as compared to his accomplices
