So it was no surprise to see him seize upon an op-ed in USA Today by a former president of the American Psychological Association claiming that "ex-gay" sexual reorientation therapy is not unethical to declare that anyone who thinks that gays are born that way is doing so "in defiance of science," adding that gay activists are "completely unhinged and unmoored" from reality.
"We shouldn't operate in this fantasy land, this make believe world where everything is fabricated and made up and there's no basis for it in reality" said Fischer,,,
Fischer: 'We Shouldn't Operate In This Fantasy Land' | Right Wing Watch
Welcome to H&C,,, where I aggregate news of interest. Primary topics include abuse with "the church", LGBTQI+ issues, cults - including anti-vaxxers, and the Dominionist and Theocratic movements. Also of concern is the anti-science movement with interest in those that promote garbage like homeopathy, chiropractic and the like. I am an atheist and anti-theist who believes religious mythos must be die and a strong supporter of SOCAS.
