How is it OK for Hobby Lobby, as an employer, to impose their standards or beliefs concerning contraception on to their employees BUT it's not ok for A&E, as an employer, to impose their own standards or beliefs concerning homosexuality on to their employees?

Or

How is it OK for Sarah Palin to demand the resignation (or firing) of Martin Brashir from MSNBC for his views
BUT it's not ok for A&E to suspend Phil Robertson for his views?
