Ted Cruz: ‘I Didn’t Shutdown The Government, Obama Did’
Bob Schieffer couldn’t contain his laughter Sunday morning when Ted Cruz responded to a question about the previous government shutdown. The normally reserved elder statesman of broadcasting couldn’t help but scoff at the preposterousness of Cruz’s statement on this week’s Face the Nation.
Michelle Obama Gets Subway Endorsement, Right Wing Explodes into Racist, Sexist Rage
Subway recently partnered up with Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move initiative to market healthier food choices to children. “SUBWAY isn’t just offering healthy choices… they’re putting real money behind marketing these choices to kids. They’re actually working to get kids excited about eating their vegetables,” the first Lady said of the partnership.
This attempt to teach kids to make healthier life choices can only mean one thing: an increasing encroachment upon our liberties by the Obama administration in their never-ending quest to Communism Socialism Muslim Benghazi.
The conservative meltdown on Subway’s Facebook page has been, while predictable, an almost awe-inspiring display of ignorance, racism, and seething irrational hatred that one cannot help but watch.

Rich Man Doubles Down On Warning That Poor People Are Basically Nazis
Maybe you thought rich maniac Thomas Perkins was kidding or drunk when he wrote that the Poors were basically Nazis preparing to Holocaust him to death. But no: He has doubled down on this claim in a new email to Bloomberg.
“In the Nazi area it was racial demonization, now it is class demonization,” typed Perkins, according to a Bloomberg article on Monday.
Perkins is also having difficulty understanding why the media is not more concerned about Occupy Wall Street protestors -- who break windows at luxury-car dealerships and Wells Fargo branches, which is exactly like Kristallnacht! -- than about brave wealthy people who discuss important issues, such as whether poor people are really Nazis.
