A teenager has been arrested in the shooting deaths of two men at a Hampton skate park.
According to media reports, police identified the victims of Tuesday's shootings as 21-year-old Donivan K. Walker Jr. and 20-year-old Kenneth J. Wilson, both of Hampton.
