Hmm, I'm not quite sure what to make of this. The headline says fracking, but in reality it is about a water tower being constructed near Tillerson's property. So who is building this tower? Why are they building this tower? How far is the well from the tower? Is the water that will be stored there for use only in fracking or is this water for public use? What about zoning? Exactly who is being sued?
There appears to be much information being left out of this short report. Yes the headline caught my eye, but the headline does not match the "story."
Don't get me wrong I am not a fan of fracking. Based on what little I know and understand, I don't see how it can be a good thing. But reporting such as this, does not help matters in either direction.
CEO sues to keep fracking away from backyard | MSNBC
Welcome to H&C,,, where I aggregate news of interest. Primary topics include abuse with "the church", LGBTQI+ issues, cults - including anti-vaxxers, and the Dominionist and Theocratic movements. Also of concern is the anti-science movement with interest in those that promote garbage like homeopathy, chiropractic and the like. I am an atheist and anti-theist who believes religious mythos must be die and a strong supporter of SOCAS.
