ADDENDUM::Is California Back?

Normally when I post about social issues such as homelessness, it is a one sided affair. The Repgugs/TPers usually close their eyes and plug their ears hoping the issue(s) will go away. They have denial down to a science, whether it be as the "party of no" or denial just because well, you know,,,because that guy in the White House thinks it's a good idea. So any time there is an inkling of "concern" from the right, it is news. Or in this case, a PR event for a political campaign.

That was my mind-set going into watching the attached video and I will admit it hasn't changed all that much. BUT I think what Kashkari did was admirable, a Republican drawing attention to poverty and homelessness within California.
