Appearing on Voice of Christian Youth America, President of World Prophetic Ministry, Dr. Ed Hindson, explained that the United States is not mentioned in the Book of Revelations because so many Christian Americans would be raptured that the country would descend into chaos leaving the Tribulation to play out elsewhere.
As Right Wing Watch documents, Hindson explained that the U.S. would diminish as a superpower in the future because, “The United States would be incredibly impacted by the Rapture because there are more professing Christians here than perhaps any other place on the planet.”
Conceding that millions of people would be missing worldwide in “China, England, Europe,” Hindson said the U.S. would be most adversely affected when Christians were taken by God to heaven.
