Again, this is just one example of a handful of news stories this past week about exorcisms, and it is a dangerous trend. None of the news articles showed any skepticism by asking things like whether or not possession is something that actually exists. Rationality is nowhere to be found in the reporting of exorcisms, and until it does, we will lose the battle against “the worser angles of our nature”.
