UPDATE::A Whore's Punishment - Awkward Moments Children's Bible | Awkward Moments (Not Found In Your Average) Children's Bible - Horus Gilgamesh

As a result of this letter (see this story), we responded to many requests and some of our illustrated Bibles to fans in Oklahoma as a gesture of our solidarity. Heck, if they want Bibles – give ‘em Bibles, right? A few of these books ended up across the street from a middle school this morning and what should happen next? PEOPLE LOST THEIR MINDS (and rightfully so)! The books were confiscated by the principal, the police were called, media outlets rushed to the scene, and public statements were made while angry parents organized behind the scenes to chase a sole Bible distributor out of the area. (And now I’m hearing murmurs of lawsuits against me for…???)

We began been receiving reports that within an hour of one protester standing across the street (off campus) from a public middle school to hand out these Bibles, parents were being notified via online groups, and, well… they were pretty unhappy. (Rightfully so – that was exactly the point.)

THE BIBLE IS THE BIBLE! What makes the Good Book offensive and no longer suitable to be distributed to school children? When somebody dares to visually illustrate the grotesque atrocities demanded by an all-loving God? Filthy, horrific, terrifying? Yes, absolutely! The exact same content that Scott Pruitt claims evangelists have the right to hand to children every day on school campus, protected under (his version) of “religious freedoms” (without parental knowledge or consent)? How are these illustrated books any different? We didn’t write it, folks…
