A former pastor has been arrested in Pamlico County. Melvin Wallace
Ollison Sr. is charged with several counts of sexual crimes. He is
charged with two counts of first degree rape, four counts of first
degree sex offense with a child, three counts of second degree sexual
offense and three counts indecent liberties with a child.
The Pamlico County Sheriff's Office began the investigation
in April. During the investigation they found three other victims of
Ollison, with incidents dating back to the 1970s. The youngest victim
was five at the time, according to the sheriff's office.
