New Brunswick pastor charged with criminal sexual contact

 A New Brunswick pastor has been arrested and charged with having improper sexual contact with a 17-year-old female, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and New Brunswick Police Director Anthony Caputo said in a statement Friday.

Manuel Mora, 52, of the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick, was arrested Dec. 1 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child in the third degree and criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree.

The charges were filed during an investigation conducted by Detective William Coleman of the New Brunswick Police Department and Detective Mark Morris of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
