Bishop Joseph White has led the Church of the Living God
International for more than 20 years. His followers venerate him as a
holy man free of sin. His sermons claim he's above the law, but a group
of men claims he has abused his power and influence to abuse them.
White is aware of the allegations against him. He was ousted from his
former church amid accusations he did not deny. Victims have emerged to
tell their stories, many of which depict similar events.
But
instead of facing the law, White has maintained his influence over
thousands of people across the world and with it, access to the young
men he's accused of abusing.
