A former associate minister with the Church of Christ at Mountain View in Frederick County has been indicted on two counts of indecent liberties with a juvenile.
The accused 36-year-old pastor, Brian Dicken, served at the Church of Christ for 14 years, where he conducted services on Sunday nights and provided counseling for members of the congregation.
According to a Frederick County Sheriff’s Office news release, “the charges stemmed from incidents that occurred in December 2014 while Mr. Dicken was providing counseling services to the victim.”
