A Pensacola pastor is arrested and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer.

Marshall, a pastor at St. John Divine Missionary Baptist Church, is
charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, a third-degree
felony, after an incident that happened outside the church.

A report from the Pensacola Police Department states Marshall
screamed and cursed at the officer and had to be restrained by
parishioners. According to the officer's statement, he "came at her as
if he was going to attack," he was then pulled away and taken inside the
church.
Later, the report states that officer's supervisor spoke
with Marshall who, again, became aggressive, yelling and cursing. He
then "tried to charge the sergeant" but was restrained.
