A former Phillipsburg pastor was sentenced Thursday (May 17) after
pleading guilty to one count of indecent liberties with a child older
than 14 and one count of sexual exploitation of a child.
The Phillips County Sheriff's Office says
David Pugh was sentenced to 32 months in prison. The sheriff's office
says Pugh must also register as a sex offender for 25 years and have
lifetime post-release supervision.
