A former Jackson County pastor wanted after he was accused of soliciting a minor using an electronic device has been arrested.
Douglass Harper, 39, of Gandeeville is being arraigned at the Jackson County Magistrate Court in Ripley.
On
April 19, troopers in Jackson County received a complaint about
possible unethical behavior by Harper, who is the former pastor of the
Living Water Church, a non-denominational church in Ripley. Harper had
served as the pastor for three years.
