A homeless man is accused of helping dump the body of a transgender
woman fatally shot after leaving a bar in the city's Cudell
neighborhood.
James Butler, 27, is charged with complicity to aggravated murder. He
is not in police custody and a warrant was issued Wednesday for his
arrest.
He is charged in connection with the killing of Keisha Wells, a 54-year-old transgender woman and lifelong Cleveland resident fatally shot in the stomach.
