A former midstate youth pastor has been arrested on charges he
sexually assaulted a teenager on numerous occasions beginning in 2001.
The Berks County Detective's Office said it was notified of the alleged abuse via a ChildLine tip in August.
The victim, now 34, said she was 16 when she joined the youth group
at Reading Evangelical Free Church, where Charles Warren Holt was the
youth pastor.
