A Franklin County pastor is facing charges
after authorities say that during a child-pornography investigation,
they found superimposed images of his face and children in bondage
scenarios.
Stephen Dunn, 68, of
Chambersburg, is facing 10 child pornography charges and one count of
criminal use of a communication facility, all third-degree felonies,
court records indicate.
“Pastors have a
position of power and trust. Stephen Dunn of Franklin (County) broke
the trust his community placed in him as their pastor when he was found
with child pornography,” state Attorney General Josh Shapiro said in a
statement on Twitter Saturday. “The full force of my office will come to
bear on him and anyone threatening the safety of PA children.”
