Reminiscent of Louis Falcone's complaint,

NYPD cops shoved a man to the ground as he left the NYC Gay Pride Parade last year, breaking his ribs, then yelled a homophobic insult at him, a new federal lawsuit claims.

Jacob Alejandro, 25, was walking down Christopher Street in the West Village about 7:30 p.m. June 29, 2014, when a police officer pushed him to the ground, injuring his elbows and left arm, according to his Manhattan federal court lawsuit.

“While Mr. Alejandro lay on the ground bleeding, a defendant officer yelled, in sum, ‘Get the f–k up, you f—-t,’” his suit states.

Cops then piled on top of Alejandro, who is gay, and took him to the Sixth Precinct. He was eventually taken to Bellevue Hospital.

He was later charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct and released on his own recognizance, his suit says.

After his release, he went to Coney Island Hospital, where he was diagnosed with fractured ribs, his suit claims.

According to the criminal complaint in the case, Alejandro had jumped over a police barricade and then flailed his arms when cops tried to arrest him.

All charges against the Brooklyn health educator were eventually dismissed, according to his suit, which seeks unspecified damages.

Why did Charisma News run this story?

My initial reaction was why no media coverage.  Thinking I may have missed something I began a search,,

Why is Charisma News lying by implication?  You see this "event" occurred in 2013!

I searched "Seattle pride assault" and ended up reading a story about two gay men (Steven Briggs and Patrick Dettling) who traveled to the Seattle Pride event this past weekend and ended up hospitalized by a group of men and women who beat them while using homophobic slurs.

I'm not interested in the minutiae of the 2013 incident, as it is beyond the scope of what I want to present.  It did happen; as with the Father Morris spitting incident, I do not condone violence of any kind.  What I am interested in: 

Obviously this is horrible and a terrible crime to humanity....My question is why has charisma NEVER had an article or even mentioned the hundreds of thousands of beatings to LGBT?....Not to mention the 16 deaths of transgender this year alone?.....I obviously abhor violence on anyone regardless if they are for or against LGBT rights but lets not pretend you care about tolerance when you NEVER speak up to defend the LGBT from brutal violent attacks and even death.

A related point is that Charisma has many articles describing the imprisonment of Pastor Saeed Abedini, who truly should not be imprisoned. He should be released, as should everyone in any country who is imprisoned for blasphemy or related "crimes". However, have you ever read about atheists who are imprisoned in Islamic countries, or have you seen Charisma advocate for their release? I haven't. The case of Raif Badawi in Saudi Arabia is just as despicable as that of Pastor Abedini, but is never mentioned. Badawi was convicted of setting up an Internet forum that "violates Islamic values and propagates liberal thought." He was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment, 1000 lashes (to be meted out 50 strokes at a time), and fined 1,000,000 riyal. The first 50 strokes have been delivered, and for a while his case was being re-examined to see if he could be convicted of apostacy - which carries the death penalty. All for simply advocating freedom of speech and freedom of thought.

And, why?  What is the point?  Is it because you are trying to use this event as a way to debase gays and lesbians even further?  That to me is the very definition of bigotry.

On-Duty NYPD Officer Grinds, Simulates Sex with Man in Street at ‘Gay Pride’ Parade | Christian News Network

The Reich's response:

A video of an on-duty NYPD police officer bumping and grinding and simulating sexual intercourse with a “gay pride” parade participant has gone viral and is raising concerns.

The video, which has been viewed well over 2 million times on YouTube, shows an unidentified, uniformed officer loosing himself to the Michael Jackson song, “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough,” and bumping his rear-end into the private area of the “gay pride” marcher.

During the short video clip, the officer’s back is turned to the homosexual man dancing behind him as his holstered gun and handcuffs shake from his hips.

Everyone else, "A cop comfortable in his own shoes."

From BuzzFeed who was able to track down the pair: 

“The cop was standing there all stoic,” Ponzeka told BuzzFeed News. “As soon as Aaron started dancing with him, grinding up against him, the cop tried to stay still but then he just got super into it.”

“The crowd loved it,” she said. “It was an awesome moment.”

The purple-shirted dancer, Aaron Santis, told BuzzFeed News he’d been trying — and failing — to dance with cops all day. Then he spotted our heroic hot cop and thought he’d try one more time.

“I didn’t expect him to get into it as much as he did,” Santis said. “The crowd just loved it and I think it made him want to dance more.”

“It was such a fun moment. He was such a good sport and I’m so glad he decided to dance.”

With comments accusing Officer Michael Hance of not being a cop at all: "I heard the cop wasn’t real, but a paid actor!" To which BuzzFeed replies:  "According to his LinkedIn profile, he’s been with the NYPD for 16 years. In 2005, he was honored by the New York City Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association for his heroism and quick thinking in working with his partner to save the life of a young boy who had been choking."

To comments stating his behavior was inappropriate as he was in uniform. To which I would respond, 'Got a problem with cops in uniform? Take it up with Grady Judd and then get back to me.'

It's no wonder the Reich's collective heads are about to implode.  The lack of oxygen must be maddening.  Considering all the bad press of late, I would think the NYPD would milk this bit of viral video for all it is worth

Catholic Priest Spat Upon at Gay Pride Parade | Todd Starnes

While I do not condone such actions one has to wonder what Father Morris was trying to prove.  Considering, there is an approximate 50/50 split among denominations accepting of LGBTQI individuals and the recent hate filled vitriol coming from the Bible thumper camp, you would think Morris would want to maintain a low profile.  Not go gallivanting through NYC's Pride Parade in uniform.

There were g-strings galore at Gay Pride celebrations across the fruited plain as scantily-clad celebrants took to the streets to herald the Supreme Court’s decision to redefine marriage.

Supporters of LGBTQI and A marriages waved rainbow-colored flags from San Francisco to New York City.

Unfortunately – the festivities in the Big Apple turned ugly.

Father Jonathan Morris – was walking near Broadway — wearing his cleric’s collar – when he stumbled up the Gay Pride Parade.
