Uhm,,,no offense to the kid, but MLM will not put "on a path to own a successful business himself someday." No way, no how, unless he gets very lucky. Direct sales industry, as some in the biz try to mask MLM behind, is only successful for a very select few (those at the top) most of the others spend a lot of their time for what ends up being below minimum wage. And by the sounds of it, this is dangerously close to a pyramid scheme as it doesn't look like he is actually selling a product:

Why he gave up a paying job for this is beyond me, but I do hope he doesn't end up in a financial mess he can't contain, "After a few months of working at Papa Roux, Reagan decided to take up the opportunity offered by Vemma."

Before jumping ship I did a bit of research, and glad I did. What I found was disturbing. Please use caution people and check things out if it sounds to good to be true!!
