Thinking. How many individuals who got this "Jesus shot" and swear that it "really works" do not vaccinate their children or themselves? Not sure what that has to do with this, but just a thought.
Oh, hey, here's another thought. a provisionally licensed doctor (until 2013) convicted of medical fraud in another state (Ohio) can inject a substance whose contents is unknown, for a premium ($300). But they revoke a doctor's ability to perform a legal medical procedure (abortion) if a local hospital won't give him rights to go there?
But most troubling out of all this:
Full Circle Health Clinic Director Barbie Schrick says Lonergan is a part-time employee. Schrick promises to investigate Lonergan's "miracle injection." The "Jesus shot" is described as an injection that takes away pain for life. It costs $300, according to the clinic.
"I am so glad you're telling me about this," Schrick told News 9's Michael Konopasek. "Thank God for the news that investigates and finds things out for people. Thank you."
Schrick says she is unaware of the shot's ingredients. News 9 was unable to reach Lonergan for comment. Schrick says the doctor has not returned her recent calls. The Oklahoma Medical Board says it is aware of the concerns surrounding the "Jesus shot."
What the fuck!!
Convicted Felon, Doctor Injects Oklahomans With 'Jesus Shot' - News9.com - Oklahoma City, OK - News, Weather, Video and Sports |
Welcome to H&C,,, where I aggregate news of interest. Primary topics include abuse with "the church", LGBTQI+ issues, cults - including anti-vaxxers, and the Dominionist and Theocratic movements. Also of concern is the anti-science movement with interest in those that promote garbage like homeopathy, chiropractic and the like. I am an atheist and anti-theist who believes religious mythos must be die and a strong supporter of SOCAS.
