A former pastor in South Congaree is being accused of sexually crimes against children.
Tuesday, the South Congaree Police Department arrested 56-year-old William Oswald on 12 counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Investigators say these crimes happened over a period of time between 1996-2001 when Oswald was a pastor at Dunn’s Chapel in South Congaree.
In the incident report, two victims claim Oswald molested themhundreds of times and threatened to kill them and loved ones if theytold anyone.
