37-year-old Fr. Amal Samy is the pastor at St. Peter The Apostle Church in Chastang near Mt. Vernon.

A court filing states on August 21st while getting a massage on the Carnival Fantasy, Fr. Samy "attempted to touch a masseuse several times, exposed himself by removing the sheet and asked her to touch his genitals while touching himself.

Three days after the alleged incident, Fr. Samy admitted to FBI investigators that he was naked under the sheet, but denied the other allegations.
