Jillian's book has arrived - A Review

So before we delve into the morass that is Jillian's book, a few points I need to be clear on concerning her, her book, and what is described to be the topics of discussion in her book – IOWs the blurp on the back cover.
1] I do not like or dislike Jillian. I do not know Jillian other than by what she presents via FB and YT.

2] What I dislike concerning Jillian is her mind-numbingly stupid opinions and the ideology she preaches. While everyone is accorded the right to such, I also can critique said opinion and ideology.
3] Jillian's material has NO basis in any science, the scientific method, nor medicine. She has done no legitimate research and relies on self-reported testimonials. At most she has done literature reviews; very poor ones at that.
4] Jillian has no education, training, or experience in any science or medical fields related to topics she discusses.

5] As demonstrated by numerous blog postings on Havoc n Chaos. Jillian either does not understand nor comprehend the literature she reviews; OR she does not read said material.

With that said my critique will be presented based upon generally accepted science and medicine. IOWs consensus SBM. Offering cherry-picked data is not an option. Re-interpreting information based on personal belief or bias will not be accepted.
One point to note as well, remember Jillian has stated that information prior to Feb 2020 is to be ignored.
As to Jillian's claim her information has been peer reviewed,,, it has not. Her claim to fame are alleged references to her “name” in the Academia.edu database. To which she claims she doesn't need to provide citation for such.
BTW, according to Aedu, the name B Hambridge is mentioned 191 times.

Preface
In her opening paragraph Jillian talks of introducing the idea of indefinite life. A notion that is not new, according to her, but her methodology is.

She then claims that white table salt (WTS) has been “demonized” by both the medical and holistic industries – for reasons. She assigns the woo she gave to PHS to WTS posing this hypothetical question, actually questions.

Jillian then goes on to making some rather wild assertions.

Concluding with this.

TBH, I have no fecking clue as to how to respond to this garbage. As I noted with her first book, the periodic table is nothing more than a chart; it's a “map” showing how the elements are related based on trends. The periodic table arranges all of the known chemical elements in an informative array.
As for her other dreck,,, what an individual consumes has no bearing on “geopolitics, biological constructs and social constructs.”

Up next, chapter one. It doesn't bode well for the rest of her book.

If you can tolerate my horrid speech, here is an audio slide show of the above!!
