Today in a video Jillian states, “when

So she just changed the recipe!! As per
her book the ratio is 2c water + 2c cabbage + 1TBSP HPS. IOWs 4 cups = 1
quart = 1TBSP of salt. She is in-taking half of what she recommends
per 2c batch.
