Pastor Responds to Maher over Christian Persecution: Nazis Didn’t Burn the Jews Right Away | Mediaite

Last week Bill Maher went off on conservative cries of Christian persecution, demanding to know exactly where the persecution is coming from. Sean Hannity responded tonight by insisting that, yes, “Christians are often attacked” for their beliefs.

Pastor Robert Jeffress agreed and said, “It doesn’t rise to the level of having their head chopped off by ISIS in the Middle East, but it’s all the same attitude that allows for those attacks.”

And then Jeffress said this:
“I want to remind people that, you know, the Nazis weren’t able to take the Jews to the crematoriums immediately. The German people wouldn’t have allowed for it. Instead, the Nazis had to change public opinion. They marginalized the Jewish people, disparaged them, and make them objects of contempt.”

Yesterday and Today

Hannity and his guest Angela McGlowan are convinced Iranians have done something to cause flight 370 to disappear:  Fox Contributor Angela McGlowan Tries To Link Missing Malaysian Airliner To Obama Foreign Policy. That was yesterday.

This is today Iranian asylum-seekers used stolen passports on Malaysia Airlines flight:
Interpol said Tuesday that the two passengers who used stolen passports to board a Malaysia Airlines flight that disappeared early Saturday morning were Iranians seeking asylum in Europe.

Interpol secretary general Ronald K. Noble identified the men as Pouri Nourmohammadi, 19, and Delavar Seyedmohammaderza, 29. Noble said that the two men had traveled to Malaysia from Tehran using Iranian passports, but had secured stolen Italian and Austrian passports in Kuala Lumpur for their planned journey to Beijing and Amsterdam, for which both had tickets and planned to travel together.

Malaysian authorities said that Nourmohammadi planned to proceed from Amsterdam to Frankfurt, Germany, where his mother lives. The woman contacted authorities when her son failed to arrive as planned. The BBC reported that Seyedmohammaderza's intended final destination was Copenhagen, Denmark.

The disclosure by Interpol confirmed a report aired late Monday by the BBC's Persian service, which cited a friend of both men who hosted them at his home in Kuala Lumpur as they prepared to travel to Beijing, the final destination of the missing plane.

[,,,]
Sources told Fox News it is not uncommon for Iranians to travel to and from Malaysia, or to buy one-way tickets through third parties. They said the fact that the man believed to have purchased the tickets on behalf of two Iranians traveling with stolen passports seemed to be seeking the cheapest fares within a range of dates does not jibe with typical terrorism plots. The sources familiar with Iranian travel patterns also said use of stolen passports is common for those involved in the drug trade, those wanting to study or work abroad and even Iranians who seek political, religious or social refuge.

I guess someone felt left out of all the craziness.

Also many wonder why not single-payer, this is why. It would have been opposed from the get go, just as the ACA.
Coulter blasted the health care law, suggesting it was “designed to fail so they can move it to a single-payer system,” and said that now it’s very clear how effective the shutdown was. She said, “The shutdown was so magnificent, run beautifully, I’m so proud of these Republicans.”

[,,,] Coulter even lamented how some of “our media” was too busy going after Cruz, and argued the liberal media wouldn’t be this critical if a House Democratic majority attempted what the Republicans did.
Must be the early signs of dementia (btw - hope she has good insurance), given that the Dems had the same opportunity in 2003 when Medicare D came out, but neither party tried to repeal it 42 times, then when that was not accomplished, shut the government down. And why is ACA considered a socialist mandate and Med D not, both are reforms to better our health care system?

So are the Repukes now taking credit for the shutdown now that the pundits thinks it was so "beautifully" executed? Thought it was the Dems fault?

Anyone else confused??

Sean Hannity Wonders If New Obamacare Website Tech Glitches Will Delay Ambulances | Blog | Media Matters for America

Is he really that stupid??

Think of how you’d feel today if you actually had a medical emergency — had to go through this mess before they send an ambulance. At least the Ford Edsel wasn’t a matter of life and death ~ Sean Hannity Wonders If New Obamacare Website Tech Glitches Will Delay Ambulances 10/1/13

Hannity Compares Individuals On Government Programs To Animals That Become Dependent On People For Food | Video | Media Matters for America

I live in north central PA,,,surrounded by state parks and game lands of various sizes and uses.  During the summer, on a daily basis I see many wild game animals foxes, coons, deer and if I want to travel a bit elk and if "lucky" black bear.  I live in town and yes I see all these animals (except elk,,,yet)  within town limits.

Why, because wild animals are losing their fear of humans.  Dumpsters and garbage cans are a smorgasbord.  I know people who purposely leave food for the animals in their yards or on their property because they want to see the animals up close, but are the first to bitch when  something is destroyed.

People within the parks are attempting to lure animals to feed them because they think it fun not realizing:  Food reward that animals associate with humans can result in their loss of fear of humans. This change in behavior may lead to property damage and human injury. For the animals involved it may mean negative health effects or overpopulation resulting from unnatural food sources, dependence on a seasonably unreliable food source, and greater susceptibility to predators and vehicle collisions.  [see the following for why this isn't a good thing  http://www.nps.gov/dena/naturescience/keepwildlifewild.htm]

Nothing there about not learning to take care of themselves.  Since when did being hungry become a motivator.  I receive $3.73 a day to try and feed myself, since when did it become a death match to put food on my table; and yes I am employed.  I find this a very cold diatribe.  Is Hannity (and others, like then SC Lt Governor Andre Bauer http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-6139186-503544.html) equating the needs of the poor to wild animals who die regularly of starvation?

Just a side note:  less then 4% (76 billion) of US tax dollars goes to SNAP.
