Donnie Romero is the pastor of Stedfast Baptist Church, Fort Worth, Texas. Romero is the bosom buddy of Steven Anderson, pastor of Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. Yesterday, Anderson released a video detailing Romero’s resignation from Stedfast Baptist. According to Pope Anderson, Romero was cavorting with prostitutes, smoking weed, and gambling.  What’s next? Romero secretly used the NIV to study for his sermons? The good news is that according to Anderson’s and Romero’s soteriology, the fallen pastor is still saved. There’s nothing Romero can do to ever lose his salvation. Once saved, always saved, baby, even if Romero brings shame to his family or infects his wife with a STD.

Anderson must be livid over Romero exposing that his little club of IFB churches is just like the rest of the bunch; that for all their talk about soulwinning, homosexuality, and any human behavior they deem sinful, these “men of God” are no different from the unwashed, uncircumcised Philistines of the world.

Things are getting rather twisted, Steven Anderson Embroiled in Fight Over Stedfast Baptist Church Jacksonville:

It seems that there is a great deal of infighting right now in Donnie Romero’s church spin off, Stedfast Church in Jacksonville, Florida. Steven Anderson, head of their hate-cult ‘The New IFB”, is fighting with Adam Fannin, the pastor of Stedfast Baptist of Jacksonville.

Romero was the head pastor of the church, and that of Stedfast in Texas. There’s a ‘Pastor Shelley’ involved in the mess. It smells like a nasty church split from here. Turns out that Pastor Shelley is anti-vaxxer and anti-medicine and will be taking over Stedfast Baptist in Fort Worth very shortly.

Fannin is claiming that there is a great deal about Romero that has not be exposed. Would not be surprised at all. Fannin is claiming that the decisions being made by Anderson that are ‘creating jerks in the movement.’ In other words they are starting to fight over who exactly is in charge. Plus there are all sorts of accusations over money. Fannin is saying that Steven Anderson has his hands in the church cookie jar, has been taking and using their money for God himself only knows what. That’s all I know
